Purchase Options Policy

Most products sold by VaultifyUK are available for immediate purchase and will be dispatched in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Pre-orders

From time to time, selected products may be offered for pre-order before they are released or before stock is available.

When placing a pre-order:

• Payment is taken when your order is placed.
• Your item is reserved from our expected supplier allocation.
• Expected dispatch dates are estimates provided by manufacturers or distributors and may be subject to change.
• We will provide updates where we receive notice of a significant delay or change to the expected release date.
• Product images, packaging and minor product details may change before release.

Mixed orders

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will normally be dispatched once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

We recommend placing pre-order and in-stock items in separate orders if you would like the in-stock items dispatched sooner.

Availability and allocations

Some products may be supplied in limited quantities or may be subject to allocation by the manufacturer or distributor.

Where an allocation is reduced, we will fulfil orders in the order they were received wherever possible.

If we are unable to fulfil part or all of your pre-order due to a cancelled release, supplier shortage or reduced allocation, you will receive a full refund for any affected items.

Release and dispatch dates

Release dates and expected dispatch dates are estimates and are outside VaultifyUK's direct control.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as the stock has arrived and has been checked and processed by us.

Pre-order cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

Subscriptions and recurring purchases

VaultifyUK does not currently offer subscription services, automatically renewing purchase options or “try before you buy” products unless explicitly stated on a product listing.

If recurring purchase options, memberships or subscription-based services are introduced in future, the applicable terms and cancellation options will be provided at the point of purchase.
