Cancellation policy

VaultifyUK does not currently offer subscription services, automatically renewing purchase options or “try before you buy” products unless explicitly stated on a product listing.

From time to time, selected products may be offered as pre-orders for items not yet in stock or not yet released.

Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

If recurring purchase options, memberships or subscription-based services are introduced in future, additional terms and cancellation options will be provided at the point of purchase.
