Delta Reign: What's in Pokémon's November Set

Delta Reign is the Pokémon Trading Card Game's November 2026 expansion, and the sixth English set of the Mega Evolution era. Mega Rayquaza ex leads it, a new kind of two-part Stadium card debuts in it, and it arrives in shops on 6 November. Here's what's in the set and each product, plus the dates to know before you buy.

The set at a glance

  • Full name: Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution—Delta Reign
  • Release date: 6 November 2026
  • Size: more than 135 cards
  • Headline Pokémon: Mega Rayquaza ex
  • Where the cards come from: Japan's Storm Emeralda set, released on 31 July 2026, plus cards from Japan's MEGA Starter Decks

Four new Mega Evolution Pokémon ex

Mega Evolution Pokémon ex are the centrepiece of every set in this era, and Delta Reign adds four:

  • Mega Rayquaza ex, the set's mascot and the card most collectors will be chasing
  • Mega Golurk ex
  • Mega Malamar ex
  • Mega Golisopod ex

Each of the four appears on its own booster pack wrapper, so you'll see all of them on the shelf.

What's new: Legendary Stadiums

Delta Reign introduces Legendary Stadiums, Stadium cards split across two separate cards. You need both halves in your hand to play one, and when you do, they join to make a single wide Stadium. They're a nod to the two-part LEGEND cards from the HeartGold & SoulSilver era, and as a new card type they're likely to catch collectors' eyes as well as players'.

The rare cards to look for

Beyond the main set, Delta Reign has three tiers of higher-rarity cards:

  • 14 Illustration Rares: Pokémon shown in full-card artwork that runs edge to edge.
  • 17 Ultra Rares: full-art versions of Pokémon ex and Trainer cards.
  • 6 Special Illustration Rares: the set's top chase cards, with artwork that often tells a scene or story, featuring Pokémon and Supporter cards.

Special Illustration Rares are the hardest to pull and usually the most valuable cards in a set. If you're opening packs for the chase, sleeve every rare as soon as it leaves the pack (see "Protecting your pulls" below).
