These Terms apply to participation in VaultifyUK Partners. By applying to join or participating as a partner, you agree to follow these Terms.

1. About VaultifyUK Partners

VaultifyUK Partners allows approved creators and collectors to earn commission or rewards by referring customers to VaultifyUK using approved referral links, discount codes or tracking methods.

2. Approval and Participation

Participation is subject to approval by VaultifyUK. We may accept, reject, suspend or remove partners at our discretion, including where we believe a partner is unsuitable for the brand or has breached these Terms.

3. Commission and Rewards

Partners may earn commission on qualifying purchases made through approved affiliate links, codes or tracking methods. Commission rates, eligible products, cookie duration and payout thresholds may vary and will be shown within the partner platform or communicated by VaultifyUK.

Commissions are not payable on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed or chargeback orders.

4. Payouts

Approved commissions may be paid after the relevant review period has passed. This allows time for returns, cancellations, fraud checks and order validation.

Partners are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and for any tax obligations arising from affiliate earnings.

5. Discount Codes and Links

Affiliate links and creator discount codes must only be used in an honest and appropriate way. Partners must not misrepresent discounts, create false urgency, or suggest that a code is exclusive unless VaultifyUK has confirmed this.

Tracking may use affiliate links, discount codes and cookies where applicable. If tracking cannot be verified, including where cookies are disabled, cleared, or a customer switches device or browser, commission may not be payable. Where both an affiliate link and discount code are used, attribution will be determined by the partner platform settings.

6. Brand Use

Partners may refer to VaultifyUK when promoting approved products, but must not impersonate VaultifyUK, suggest they are employed by VaultifyUK, or use VaultifyUK branding in a misleading way.

Any use of VaultifyUK logos, images, product content or brand assets must remain consistent with our brand and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Prohibited Activity

Partners must not:

  • Place orders through their own affiliate links or codes for self-referral purposes.
  • Bid on VaultifyUK brand terms in paid search advertising.
  • Create ads that appear to be official VaultifyUK advertisements.
  • Use misleading, false or exaggerated claims about products.
  • Promote fake discounts, fake scarcity or unauthorised offers.
  • Use spam, unsolicited messages or inappropriate promotional methods.
  • Promote VaultifyUK on illegal, offensive, misleading or unsuitable websites or accounts.
  • Use coupon, cashback or browser-extension methods unless specifically approved.

8. Product Claims and Content

Partners must ensure that any content they create is accurate, fair and not misleading. Product descriptions, condition, rarity, grading status and compatibility information must not be exaggerated or misrepresented.

Partners must not make investment, resale value or guaranteed profit claims about collectables, trading cards or graded products.

9. Disclosure Requirements

Partners are responsible for clearly disclosing affiliate relationships, sponsored content, gifted products or commission-based links in line with applicable advertising rules and platform requirements.

This may include using clear wording such as “affiliate link”, “ad”, “gifted” or “commission earned” where appropriate.

10. Samples and Gifted Products

VaultifyUK may choose to provide sample products or gifted items to selected partners. Samples are provided at our discretion and do not guarantee future collaboration, payment or continued participation.

Gifted products must be disclosed where required by applicable advertising rules or platform policies.

11. Returns, Refunds and Fraud

If an order is returned, refunded, cancelled, disputed or identified as fraudulent, any related commission may be declined, reversed or withheld.

VaultifyUK may also withhold commissions while investigating suspicious activity.

12. Termination

VaultifyUK may suspend or terminate a partner account at any time if we believe these Terms have been breached or if continued participation is not appropriate for the brand.

On termination, partners must stop using VaultifyUK links, codes, branding and promotional materials where requested.

13. Changes to VaultifyUK Partners

VaultifyUK may update, pause or withdraw VaultifyUK Partners at any time. We may also update commission rates, payout rules, eligibility requirements and these Terms where needed.
