Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from VaultifyUK.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Sealed products must remain factory sealed unless faulty.
  • Items must include all original packaging, accessories and contents.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, tampering or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Return Postage

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

In these cases, VaultifyUK will cover reasonable return postage costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Collectables & Trading Cards

Many of our products are collectable items and may include minor shelf wear, packaging imperfections or manufacturer variations unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Graded trading cards, slabbed collectables and sealed trading card products are sold as described. Returns will not be accepted for subjective grading expectations, pack contents or buyer’s remorse after opening sealed products.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item should place a new order once their return has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Opened trading card products
  • Opened consumables or batteries
  • Personalised or custom items
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable within the listing
