VaultifyUK ships all orders from the United Kingdom.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly and package items securely to minimise risk during transit.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
- During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options are displayed at checkout and may include Royal Mail tracked services, standard services, or equivalent courier services where appropriate.
Shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates vary based on destination, size/weight, order value, and the service selected at checkout.
Some lower-value items may be sent via standard (non-tracked) services unless a tracked option is selected at checkout.
UK Shipping
- Free UK shipping is available on orders of £30 or more
- Orders under £50 are charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout
- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed
International Shipping
Where available, international shipping options are shown at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processes
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities
Packaging Standards
All items are packaged carefully to minimise movement and reduce the risk of transit damage.
Depending on the product type, packaging may include:
- Protective sleeves or holders
- Reinforced mailers
- Padding and internal protection
- Outer boxes where appropriate
Minor transit-related wear to outer packaging does not constitute item damage unless the item itself is affected.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout include processing time and are provided as estimates only.
VaultifyUK is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal service disruptions or peak seasonal volumes
- Severe weather events
- Incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout
- Carrier operational issues
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your UK order has not arrived within the following timeframes after dispatch:
- 7 working days (Tracked 24/48 services)
- 10 working days (Standard services)
Please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Under UK consumer law, responsibility for goods remains with the seller until delivered to the customer. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If tracking confirms delivery and there are no signs of transit damage, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional postage costs.
