VaultifyUK Rewards | Terms

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern participation in the referral and promotional features of VaultifyUK Rewards (the “Program”), you agree to these Referral Terms and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility

To participate you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Hold an active VaultifyUK customer account; and
• Comply with applicable laws.

Referral rewards are available only for introducing new customers who have not previously placed an order with VaultifyUK.

3. How the Program Works

When you join the Program, you receive a unique referral link. A referral is considered successful when:

1. a new customer clicks your referral link;
2. the customer completes their first qualifying purchase (meeting any minimum purchase requirements shown in the offer); and
3. the order is fulfilled and not cancelled, refunded or charged back.

Once these conditions are met, your reward will be issued in accordance with the Program details shown on the Referral page at the time the referral was made.

4. New customers only & Self-referrals

Referral rewards are strictly for new customers only. Self-referrals (including creating multiple accounts in an attempt to award yourself a referral) are prohibited and may result in reward cancellation and account restrictions.

5. Referral rewards

Specific reward details (including value, minimum purchase requirements, expiry period and whether the reward is a discount, points, or credit) are specified on the Referral page and in the Program offer at the time you participate.

• Rewards are issued only after the referred purchase is fulfilled and any verification period has passed.
• Rewards may expire if unused — see the offer for expiry periods.
• Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

6. Minimum purchase requirements

Where an offer includes a minimum purchase requirement, the referred order must meet that minimum (excluding taxes and shipping) unless otherwise stated.

7. Abuse & misuse

To protect the Program and our customers, VaultifyUK reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse referral rewards where we reasonably suspect:

• fraudulent or suspicious activity;
• creation of multiple accounts to circumvent the rules;
• the Program is being misused; or
• referral links are distributed via public coupon aggregation sites in violation of the offer terms.

We will exercise reasonable discretion when investigating suspected misuse.

8. Reward expiry

Referral rewards may expire after the period stated in the offer. Expired rewards will not be reinstated except at our discretion.

9. Modification or termination

VaultifyUK may modify, suspend or terminate the Program (or any individual offer) at any time. Changes become effective when published on this page.

10. Reward issuance & verification

Rewards are normally issued once the referred order is fulfilled. In some cases, rewards may be subject to a verification period (for example where returns or chargebacks are possible). Rewards may be withheld until verification completes. Where rewards are points or credits, they will be delivered to your account dashboard or by email as specified in the Program details.

11. Limitation of liability

VaultifyUK is not responsible for technical failures, lost referral links, incorrect participant information, or third-party delivery errors. Nothing in these terms will limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
