What does VaultifyUK sell?

Are your items authentic?

Yes. All items sold by VaultifyUK are genuine. We do not sell reproductions or counterfeit products. Collectable items are sourced from reputable suppliers and inspected before dispatch.


How do you assess item condition?

Condition is assessed through visual inspection under good lighting and described as accurately as possible in each product listing. For collectable and hobby items, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing, age, or storage.

If condition is important to you, please review product photos and descriptions carefully or contact us before purchasing.


How are items packaged?

All orders are securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Collectable items are handled with care, using protective materials appropriate to the item type (e.g. cards, sealed products, boxed items).


How long does dispatch take?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next working day.


Which delivery services do you use?

We primarily ship using Royal Mail or equivalent trusted carriers. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout and may vary depending on order value and contents.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free UK shipping is available on orders £50 and over. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat shipping rate, displayed at checkout.


Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available on selected items. If international shipping is offered, costs and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties where applicable.


What if my order is delayed or doesn’t arrive?

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time frame, please contact us at support@vaultifyuk.co.uk with your order number. We’ll investigate and assist where possible.

VaultifyUK is not responsible for delays caused by postal service disruptions, customs processing, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.


Can I return an item?

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
